I just received an email from Zazzle reminding me that there was an item in my shopping cart. I don’t remember adding it to my cart but I think this is a great strategy by Zazzle to increase sales. It didn’t work in my case but I am sure that even if people don’t buy the item in the shopping cart the email will encourage them to visit the Zazzle website again and they might see something else they like.
